Tax Credit Leasing
Job Location: Suisun City, CA
Must have knowledge of tax credit recertification process. Position is approximately 3 months and starts immediately.
Responsibilities of Tax Credit Leasing Agent:
-Interview possible residents and ensure they qualify for affordable housing
-Compile all information necessary for the resident to be approved
-Effectively work off a waiting list
-Work well with current residents
-Work closely with Property Manager
Qualifications for Tax Credit Leasing Agent:
At least one year of experience working in affordable housing is required.
-Knowledge of Affordable housing Section 8, Section 42 or HUD is required
-Fair Housing knowledge is required
-YARDI, Onsite, AMSI or Rent Roll
-Ability to work files for recertification
-Exceptional organization and time management skills required
-Work well under pressure
-Computer literacy, if applicable
-Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
-Criminal background check required
Pay Rate: 13.01/hr
