Qualifications:
-Qualified candidates MUST have at least 6 months experience in property management
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Affordable Housing experience strongly desired
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow
-AMSI, YARDI or Rent Roll software is strongly preferred, if applicable
-Bilingual (Spanish) a HUGE plus
-Exceptional organization and time management skills required
-Work well under pressure
-Computer literacy, if applicable
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
