Recruiter Position Summary
The Recruiter is primarily responsible for using his/her proven recruiting success to develop and grow a candidate database that will result in effective temporary and direct-hire placements.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

-Maintain a group of highly qualified candidates
-Manage candidate physical and electronic records
-Sourcing utilizing various resume sites, including Careerbuilder, Indeed.com, LinkedIn, etc.
-Assist with processing applicants file
Qualifications of Recruiter:
-Verifiable experience as a recruiter REQUIRED
-Property Management industry knowledge or experience preferred
-Able to recruit top talent based on candidate s qualifications
-Commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
-Positive professional attitude; honest and ethical team player
-Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure
-Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, internet; experience with eEmpAct a plus
-Clear Criminal Background Check required
