Job Title: Residential Maintenance Technician II
Job Location: Oakland
Residential Maintenance Technician II Position Description:
Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician II:
-Support the Property Management team in completing resident requests and work orders
-Enter and disposition completed work orders into computer systems (specific software knowledge may be required)
-Effectively communicate with management team and residents
-Ability to complete work efficiently and meet deadlines
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician II:
Ability to display well rounded skill set in the areas of basic plumbing, electrical repair, painting and "turns". Your own supply of basic tools is a plus.
At least 6 months experience working in multi-unit residential and /or locations as Maintenance Technician is required.
-Ability to independently complete work orders and enter them into data systems
-Experienced in residential (multi-unit) & institutional settings
-Excellent communication skills
-High level of Customer Service
-Exceptional organization and time management skills required
-Work well under pressure
-Computer literacy, if applicable
-Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
