The Housekeeper, under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, is responsible for cleaning vacant units for move-in ready status. The Housekeeper will also get the office and common areas ready in the morning and continue to spruce them up during the day.

-Prepare and clean all assigned areas
-Make sure all areas of the property are clean and fully stocked for the day
-Be professional and friendly to guests, staff and residents
-Assist the office with any special requests and/or projects
-Clean vacant units in a timely, detailed manner
-Able to work collaboratively
-Bilingual a plus but not required
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow
-Experience with housekeeping
-Ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
-Background Check REQUIRED
